This workshop provides techniques, tips, and tools for facilitating highly effective project team meetings, discussions, etc. Leadership, communication skills, behavioral styles, conflict resolution, negotiation, leading people through organizational change and much more are covered. Students learn by performing facilitating exercises. Last portion of class focuses on quality-stakeholder management, and provides information/skills/tools for gathering good requirements.
