After students learn some valuable interpersonal skills (e.g. behavioral styles, leadership, facilitation, brainstorming, negotiation, conflict resolution, motivation, etc.), it's time to begin the hands-on case study. You will learn how to do PMI®-compliant Project Charters, Project Management Plans (e.g. Integration-Change Control, Scope Statements, WBS, Network Diagrams, Schedules, Budgets, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk/Risk Register, and Procurement), workarounds, and Lessons Learned meetings. After the plans are in place, the workshop concludes with how to execute, monitor, and control their projects, and ends with how to properly close the project down. Course includes training, exercises, workbook, lunch, snacks, project management worksheets and templates, and a certificate of completion.
