PMM-3. Need a practical approach to Project Management? Haven't had time to review the new Guide to the PMBOK yet? Need 16 PDUs? Even Project Managers already PMP® certified will benefit from obtaining a variety of tips, techniques, project templates--not to mention those PDUs! Students will learn the essential steps to take during Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring/Controlling, and Closing. Working in project teams, they will develop a Project Charter and Project Management Plan, based on a "real" project one or more of the team members is working on. Also see PMM Application Certificate. 8:00 to 5:00.
NOTE: Groups from companies may work on their own "Case study," and develop a Project Charter and Project Management Plan for a project they are currently working on.
