This workshop provides Project Managers and "Project Practitioners" with tips and techniques for developing high-performance project teams (i.e. applying the science of soft skills). Understand how to develop and lead high performance project teams, resolve conflict, negotiate, facilitate discussions, and inspire your team. A workbook, templates, worksheets, and lunch/snacks are included. (8 PDUs) NOTE: This class can be modified to emphasize communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, team building, skills and/or effective Project Sponsorship roles/responsibilities. Project accountability training included. Day 1 of PM Application Certificate. Group pricing: $1,200 per day for up to 12 students--travel expenses not included.
